I wanted to personally reach out with a sincere apology to everyone who is still waiting to receive their New Year paperwork. I am working diligently to get each packet sent out as quickly as possible. This process is taking a bit longer than we anticipated, as every email must be prepared and sent individually to ensure that each customer receives accurate, personalized information.
I am truly sorry for any inconvenience or frustration this delay may cause. Please know that I am doing everything I can to get these documents to each and every one of you as soon as possible.
This is our first full year transitioning to electronic paperwork for customers who prefer the paperless method, and this change is part of several updates we are implementing to better serve you. While we are excited about these improvements, we are also learning and adjusting along the way. Our goal is always to accommodate your needs and provide the best service we can.
I want to reassure you that you will receive your information packet. However, due to the volume and the individualized nature of the process, some packets may not arrive until the first week of the new year. We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and kindness as we work through this transition.
